From Aberdeenshire, from Unpasteurised Cow’s Milk

As the name suggests, this cheese was created by Alex Reid on his farm in Cambus O’May – a delightful area of lochans, bridges and winding trails through forests of Scots Pine and situated four miles east of the picturesque village of Ballater in Royal Deeside, Scotland. Alex’s signature cheese is a hand-pressed, two day curd farmhouse that melts in your mouth, bears a unique creamy texture and an attractive marbled effect when it is cut
